Our Minister- Leureuna Gilbert, M. Div
Leureuna Gilbert is the Evangelist at the Overbrook Park Church of Christ in Philadelphia, PA. He is a native of Rochester, NY and has lived in New Jersey, Illinois, and Virginia. He is married with three sons. He is a graduate of Southwestern Christian College, Community College of the Air Force, Trinity College of the Bible, and Virginia Union University School of Theology. He was added to the church of Christ in 1977 at the age of twelve and began to preach at the age of thirteen. His hobbies include golf, jogging, reading, and writing. He is a fitness enthusiast with a personal motto of "Fitness4Life!"
One of his favorite scriptures is Psalm 23:6, “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
